Solution Manager - Service Delivery Manager SAP

You want to support international customers in the area of consulting – SAP in planning and implementing complex SAP transformations? As a service delivery manager you take responsibility in both professional and technical processing of SAP support and DevOps projects. From analysis to calculation and quotation to the transfer of applications incl. You are aside processes and organizational adjustments to our customers.

Your skillset

Degree in business administration, IT education or vocational training with comparable background

At least 8 years of professional experience, 4 of them in the leadership of support teams

Very good knowledge of the support standards and processes (ITIL, SAS 70/ISAE 3402, CMMI, SCRUM, Agile) and understanding of business relationships

Analytical thinking skills, high commitment, leadership potential and strong team orientation
